What's the difference between donor fee coverage and a tip prompt? ▾
A tip prompt asks donors to fund the platform — and typically defaults to on, making it awkward to decline. Donor fee coverage shows donors the exact processing cost and asks, once and clearly, if they'd like to cover it so 100% of their gift reaches your cause. No guilt, no tricks. That's why 90% say yes. It's a big difference, and donors have started to notice it.

What are Spare Change round-ups and why is the rate different? ▾
Spare Change round-ups let donors link a card and automatically round up everyday purchases to the nearest dollar — the difference goes to your organization. The rate is 10% per transaction because these are micro-transactions (often just cents) that require the same payment infrastructure as a full donation. The passive, recurring nature of round-ups typically makes the economics work out well for organizations over time.
